This is the second edition of the compilation of the Constitution of all the States of Malaysia. It has been updated with all the amendments up to 31st August 1998, and includes a list of amendments and the date of coming into force of such amendments. For the sake of uniformity in numbering the Articles, we have used the Arabic numerals instead of Roman numerals, which are found in the Constitutions of the State of Johore, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Selangor and Terengganu. For comparison, a table of Roman and Arabic numerals is provided. – Dr. Hj. Syed Ibrahim, Publisher.
