I applaud R.K. Nandy for writing this treatise on wills law. The legal profession will benefit much from this legal dictionary. The book also provides information on recent legal developments, and I observe with curiosity a mention of digital wills. I also think the book's chapter on Islamic Wills and Hibah is excellent. The topic treated in the book is current since it now occupies a significant portion of the legal landscape regarding the law governing wills.
