About Authors :

Ashgar Ali Ali Mohamed

In 1992, the High Court of Malaya admitted Ashgar Ali as an advocate and solicitor to the Malaysian Bar. Employment law, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution are some of his interests. He is currently a professor at the International Islamic University of Malaysia's Ahmad IbrahimKulliyah of Laws. Additionally, he serves on the Asia Pacific Mediation Forum's Executive and Steering Committees ( APMF).
