The book has been fully revised since the second edition in 2014 to reflect new advances in Business Law and to reappraise the main sections. It avoids the "bare bones" notational style used by certain manuals, instead sticking to the first edition's new approach. It gives an in-depth discussion of the chosen themes in clear, succinct, and readily reading writing, as in previous versions. This version has been updated to include recent case law as well as pertinent legislative enactments and changes. In particular, with the replacement of the Companies Act 1965 by the Companies Act 2016, Chapter 25 on Company Law had to be totally rewritten to reflect the resulting changes to the corporate framework. Furthermore, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2006 has been considered, and its implications for 'offer and acceptance,' in particular, have been examined.
