    Edwin Lee Peng Khoon has been practising for close to 20 years. He has argued both major courtroom disputes and arbitrations, whilst advising government authorities, developers, contractors, and consultants on all the intricacies of building contract law. He is one of the founding partners of Eldan Law LLP. Edwin is cited as a leading Singapore construction law practitioner in Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Construction Lawyers (2013 and 2015). He is an accredited adjudicator in both Singapore and Malaysia and sits on the Construction Adjudication Accreditation Committee in Singapore. Apart from his active law practice, Edwin is an Adjunct Associate Professor with the National University of Singapore and a trainer for the Building Construction Authority of Singapore. He is also an honorary legal adviser to the Singapore Institute of Architects on construction contracts.
