Karnika Seth is the managing partner of Seth Associates, an Indian legal firm, and is a well-known expert and lawyer in the field of cyber law. She represents clients before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India, and she serves as an advisor to numerous business organisations and IT firms. Regarding her suggestions for creating a cyber law in India, the Lok Sabha and the Ministry of Information have formally consulted her. In accordance with the IT Act of 2000, she also serves as legal counsel to the Office of Comptroller of Certifying Authorities. She has also actively worked with Indian law enforcement officials to resolve numerous cybercrime cases. She frequently speaks on topics related to cyber law in both print and electronic media.

Additionally, she gives special talks to business entities, law enforcement agencies, the Central Bureau of Investigation, high government officials, and industry associations. She graduated from King's College, University of London, with a master's degree in corporate and commercial laws.
