Akta 447 - Suatu Akta untuk mengadakan peruntukan bagi pengawalseliaan industri pembekalan elektrik, pembekalan elektrik pada harga yang munasabah, pelesenan mana-mana pepasangan elektrik, pengawalan mana-mana pepasangan, loji dan kelengkapan elektrik berkenaan dengan perkara yang berhubung dengan keselamatan orang dan penggunaan elektrik dengan cekap dan bagi maksud yang berkaitan dengannya.

Akta 448 - Suatu Akta untuk mengadakan peruntukan mengenai peletakhakan harta, hak dan liabiliti Lembaga Letrik Negara Tanah Melayu pada suatu syarikat, untuk membuat perkiraan kewangan bagi syarikat itu, untuk mengadakan peruntukan mengenai perkara yang berhubungan dengan kakitangan dan bagi perkara lain yang berkaitan dengannya.

The Akta Bekalan Elektrik 1990 (Akta 447) and the Akta Bekalan Elektrik [Syarikat Pengganti] (Akta 448) were two acts that governed the electricity supply industry in Malaysia until April 15, 2021, when they were replaced by the new Energy Commission Act 2001 (Act 610) and the Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447).
