Professor Walter Woon

Professor Walter Woon received his education at the National University of Singapore and Cambridge University (LL.B 1st Class Honours, 1981). (LL.M 1st Class Honours, 1983). He was previously Singapore's Attorney-General. He was named Honorary Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors in 2011. He has served on the boards of the Singapore Monetary Authority and two publicly traded firms, Intraco Ltd and Natsteel Ltd. Professor Woon served on the Steering Committee for the Review of the Singapore Companies Act as well as the Steering Committee for the Re-writing of the Taiwan Company Act as Special Counsel.
