She has managed numerous high-profile defamation cases, both in court and through settlements. Doris has authored three other legal textbooks: *Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore Volume 8(2A) – Defamation* (2020, LexisNexis), *Defamation: Principles and Procedure in Singapore and Malaysia* (2016, LexisNexis), and *Evans on Defamation in Singapore and Malaysia* (3rd ed., 2008, LexisNexis). Her defamation texts have been cited by courts, including the Federal Court of Malaysia and the Court of Appeal in Singapore.
