An Act to make provisions for the control and regulating of proper planning in the Federal Territory, for the levying of development charges, and for purposes connected therewith or ancillary thereto.

The Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 (Act 267) is an act of the Parliament of Malaysia that provides for the planning, development, and management of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan. The act was first enacted in 1982 and has been amended several times since then, with the most recent amendments made on 1st November 2012.
