Goods and Services Tax Act 2014(Act 762) Regulations & Selected Orders [GST] (As Of 20.4.2017)

5. Goods and Services Tax (Relief) Regulations 2014 - These regulations provide for GST relief on certain imported and exported goods, such as personal effects, commercial samples, and goods for charitable purposes.

6. Goods and Services Tax (Imposition of Tax for Supplies Made On Board Malaysian Aircraft) Order 2014 - This order provides for the imposition of GST on supplies made on board Malaysian aircraft, such as meals, drinks, and duty-free items.

7. Goods and Services Tax (Repeal) Regulations 2014 - These regulations repeal the Sales Tax Regulations 1972 and the Service Tax Regulations 1975, which were the previous tax regimes in Malaysia.
