About The Author of Insolvency Law : Bankruptcy and Companies Winding- Up
Dr. Gita Radhakrishna graduated with an LLB (Hons.) in 1981 and went on to Middle Temple to obtain her Bar in 1982. In 1983, she was appointed to the High Court of Malaya, where she practised law for several years before deciding to pursue a career in academia. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at Multimedia University's Faculty of Law, where she also earned her MPhil and PhD. Insolvency Law, Conveyancing Practice, and Banking Law are some of the topics she teaches.
