About the Author of Malaysian Civil Procedure And Practice by Ravi Nekoo, 2nd Edition:
Ravi Nekoo was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. Holding a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London (External) in 1992, he completed his Certificate of Legal Practice examination in 1994. Later, he pursued a Masters in Law degree at the University of Malaya in 2001 and completed his Masters in Criminal Justice degree at the same university in 2003.

Additionally, Ravi Nekoo was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004, the Supreme Court of South Australia, and the High Court of Australia in 2007. With 23 years of practice, he has been a litigator at all court levels in Malaysia and has been involved in tutoring students for the Certificate of Legal Practice examination, with Civil Procedure being one of the subjects he taught.
