  • Examples of charges are included for all common offences covered by the Penal Code, the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1952, the Kidnapping Act of 1961, etc., and the elements of each offence are listed.
  • It contains a comprehensive list of cases touching on every aspect of criminal litigation in alphabetical order.
