Manoj K. Srivastwa is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, a certified mediator accredited by the MCPC of the Supreme Court, and a certified arbitrator through the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). A law graduate (LL.B.) from Delhi University and a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, he also holds diplomas in Corporate Laws & Management and International Trade Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, as well as a Certificate in Business Communication from the British High Commission. He has participated in an Advocacy Skills programme conducted under the Indo-British Project of the British High Commission, developed with guidance from Supreme Court judges, senior advocates, and practising U.K. barristers. He has also completed the foundation and intermediate postal courses for Company Secretary.

For over twenty-three years, he has primarily practiced before the Supreme Court of India in constitutional matters—including service, criminal, and contract law—on both its original and appellate sides. Owing to increasing demand, he has also appeared before various High Courts and Tribunals across India, including the High Courts of Kerala (Ernakulam), Punjab & Haryana (Chandigarh), Rajasthan (Jaipur), Calcutta, Delhi, Patna, as well as forums such as the NCLAT, NCLT (formerly CLB), NCDRC (including its Hyderabad bench), CESTAT Allahabad, the Competition Commission (formerly MRTP), the PF Appellate Tribunal, and the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). Numerous reported judgments featuring his work have appeared in SCC, SCALE, DLT, arbitration journals, and other legal publications. He has represented the Central and State Governments, public sector undertakings, private and non-governmental institutions, multinational companies, and individual clients.

He is the author of A Pocket Ready Referencer for Lawyers of the Supreme Court of India and is a prolific legal writer, with articles published in India Legal Live and the Journal of Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence (STM Journals). His interviews have been broadcast on All India Radio and featured in Dainik Jagran. He has delivered lectures at universities and has served as an examiner for final-year LL.B. viva voce evaluations at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.

A permanent member of both the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHBA), his interests include law, literature, nature, science, music, and people.
