About The Author:

Dr. Rajesh Kumar is a legal practitioner, researcher, and academic with substantial experience in the legal field. He practised as an Advocate for around eight years before joining the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as a Public Prosecutor, followed by approximately ten years of service as an Additional Public Prosecutor. He has recently been selected for the Haryana Higher Judicial Service as an Additional District and Sessions Judge. He has attended numerous national and international conferences and seminars and has published various articles and research papers addressing a wide range of legal and contemporary issues. In addition, he has served as a Visiting Faculty member at the Rajinder Nagar Police Academy in Delhi, the Police Academy in Madhuban, Haryana, and the Directorate of Training, UTCS, Delhi.
