Andrew Burr is a distinguished arbitrator, adjudicator, and prominent barrister in construction law. His expertise spans property-related arbitration, adjudication, and mediation, as well as construction and technology issues. He serves as Legal Counsel at Synthesis Chambers Solicitors Ltd and is an affiliated foreign lawyer with Varul in Vilnius, Lithuania. Recognized as an arbitrator in several jurisdictions, Andrew has also contributed to the ICC’s advisory committee for revising its Dispute Board Rules. Additionally, he is heavily involved in editorial work for the *Construction Law Journal*.
