About The Author(s):
James L Glissan QC is a widely esteemed figure renowned for his expertise as an author and lecturer specializing in advocacy and trial procedure. Admitted to The Bar in 1971 and designated as Queens Counsel in 1985, he has garnered extensive experience. He served as a Public Defender for a number of years and subsequently acted as an Acting District Court Judge. Mr. Glissan's legal practice spans various fields including criminal law, administrative law, building and construction law, industrial and employment law, medical and professional negligence, and defamation law. Additionally, he is recognized as a mediator and a grade arbitrator.
