  1. Companies Regulations 2017 The Companies Regulations 2017 were gazetted on 31 January 2017, the same day the Companies Act 2016 came into force. These regulations provide detailed rules for various matters, including the incorporation of companies, appointment of company secretaries, annual general meetings, and filing of financial statements.

  2. Companies Commission of Malaysia (Fees) Regulations 2017 The Companies Commission of Malaysia (Fees) Regulations 2017 prescribe the fees payable for various services provided by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), including the registration of companies, filing of annual returns, and application for the striking off of companies.

  3. Companies (Share Capital and Distribution) Rules 2016 The Companies (Share Capital and Distribution) Rules 2016 came into force on 31 January 2017. These rules prescribe the procedures for the allotment, transfer, and cancellation of shares, as well as the distribution of profits and the reduction of share capital.
