Companies Commission of Malaysia (Fees) Regulations 2017 The Companies Commission of Malaysia (Fees) Regulations 2017 prescribe the fees payable for various services provided by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), including the registration of companies, filing of annual returns, and application for the striking off of companies.

3. Companies (Share Capital and Distribution) Rules 2016 The Companies (Share Capital and Distribution) Rules 2016 came into force on 31 January 2017. These rules prescribe the procedures for the allotment, transfer, and cancellation of shares, as well as the distribution of profits and the reduction of share capital.

4. Companies (Corporate Rescue Mechanism) Rules 2018 The Companies (Corporate Rescue Mechanism) Rules 2018 came into force on 1 March 2018. These rules provide detailed procedures for the corporate rescue mechanism, which is aimed at rehabilitating financially distressed companies.

5. Companies (Winding-Up) Rules 2020 The Companies (Winding-Up) Rules 2020 came into force on 23 July 2020. These rules prescribe the procedures for the winding up of companies, including voluntary winding up, compulsory winding up, and winding up by the court.

6. Companies (Auditor's Report) Regulations 2020 The Companies (Auditor's Report) Regulations 2020 came into force on 15 July 2020. These regulations prescribe the contents of the auditor's report for companies that are required to have their financial statements audited.

7. Companies (Exemption) Order 2017 The Companies (Exemption) Order 2017 exempts certain categories of companies from complying with certain provisions of the Companies Act 2016, including companies that are wholly-owned by the government or by a statutory body, companies that are dormant, and companies that are in the process of being wound up.
