Alman: Criminal Law in Malaysia is a revised and updated English translation of the original Bahasa Malaysia edition (Alman Undang-Undang Jenayah di Malaysia), first released in 2008. The book covers a range of key topics in criminal law, including the concept of criminal liability and offences such as homicide, murder, rape, and incest. Each topic is thoroughly examined from both the prosecution and defence perspectives. This edition includes detailed discussions of relevant case law, incorporating both established and recently decided cases throughout the chapters. Additionally, a dedicated chapter has been added to explore the offence of waging war against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

This book is authored by Dato' Hj. Mohamad Shariff bin Hj. Abu Samah and Dato' Hjh. Asidah binti Hj. Mohd Ali, who have been practising law for many years.
