About The Author:

Duc Trang is Managing Director of Landon Advisory Services with over 25 years of legal industry experience. He has served as a general counsel, international law firm attorney, business executive, educator, executive coach, and consultant, and is a recognised trainer in transactional lawyering.

Formerly a senior executive at Motorola Solutions, he held leadership roles in both the legal department and business operations. He also practised with leading global law firms and worked on legal reform initiatives in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Duc holds a law degree from Columbia Law School and a BA from University of California, Berkeley, and has taught law at universities in Singapore and Europe.
