About the Author:

Nor Ainah Abdullah is a former lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with over 30 years of teaching experience. She holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading and a Master's degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London. Prior to her retirement, she dedicated her career to educating and mentoring students in the field of construction and quantity surveying.
