About The Authors:

David Llewelyn holds an LLB from the University of Southampton and a BCL from Worcester College, Oxford. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and the Singapore Bar, and serves as Deputy Dean and Professor (Practice) at Singapore Management University, Professor of Intellectual Property Law at King’s College London, and Senior Adviser at Acton Law LLC.

Ng Hui Ming graduated with a JD from Singapore Management University and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014. She previously practised intellectual property law at Lee & Lee and is currently based in California as a legal assistant with Acton Law LLC.

Nicole Oh Xuan Yuan obtained her LLB from Singapore Management University and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013. She has practised in intellectual property, technology, and media law at WongPartnership LLP and currently serves as Legal Counsel at eBay for the South East Asia, Israel, Japan, and India regions.
