About the Editors:

Kevin YL Tan is an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. With nearly four decades of experience teaching constitutional and administrative law, he is a prolific scholar in his field and beyond. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Asian Journal of Comparative Law and sits on the editorial board of the Korean Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Jaclyn L Neo is an Associate Professor and Director of the Centre for Asian Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS). Her expertise lies in comparative constitutional law in Asia and the intersection of law and religion. She is a widely published academic and has edited or co-edited numerous books and special issues in top-tier journals.
