This publication encapsulates statute and case law developments with commentaries. The Malaysian Employment Termination Law & Practice was the precursor to this publication, which began in the year 2000. Industrial Relations and Human Resource professionals praised the publication. This publication, now in its second edition, has been refined and updated to reflect developments in this specialised area of the law."
