The second edition provides enhanced commentary and analysis on the latest developments in the Financial Services Act 2013. This Act consolidates the repealed Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989, Payment Systems Act 2003, Insurance Act 1996, and Exchange Control Act 1953, offering a more standardized governance and regulatory framework for conventional banks in Malaysia. It also addresses emerging trends in the financial market.
