About the Author:
T. Balasubramaniam has been deeply involved in industrial relations since 1961. Holding a Second Class Upper Honours in Social Science (Econs), with a distinction in Industrial Relations, he furthered his education with an LLB (Hons). He established the Meca Employers Consulting Agency, where he served as CEO and Principal Legal Advisor. Balasubramaniam's expertise has led him to represent employers before the Industrial Court and the Labour Court, and he has also served on the National Labour Advisory Council. In addition to his practical experience, he has shared his knowledge as a part-time lecturer and tutor at various universities, teaching subjects like Labour Law, Economics, and Quantitative Methods. He has authored six previous books on labour law and industrial relations.
