About the Authors :
Ashgar Ali Ali Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons)) and a Master of Comparative Laws (MCL) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M (Hons)) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a PhD in Business Law from the Graduate School of Management, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1992, he later joined the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, IIUM, where he is currently an Associate Professor. An expert in employment law, he has authored multiple books, published extensively in both local and international journals, and presented papers at various conferences on employment law and civil litigation. His research interests include Employment Law, Civil Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Muzaffar Syah Mallow earned his LL.B (Hons), MCL, and PhD from IIUM and is currently a Lecturer at the Faculty of Syariah and Law, Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM). He has published several articles in local journals on employment law. His areas of interest include Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Criminal Law and Procedure, Legal Systems, Law of Evidence, and Islamic Law.
Farheen Baig Sardar Baig graduated from IIUM with an LL.B (Hons), MCL, and PhD in Law, along with a Diploma in Islamic Studies. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1996, she practiced law for several years before transitioning to academia at the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, IIUM, where she is now an Assistant Professor. Specializing in Employment Law, Islamic Family Law, and Tort Law, she has co-authored a book on employment law, published widely in both local and international journals, and presented research at numerous conferences.
