Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Visu Sinnadurai is the leading expert on contract law in Malaysia. He has extensively written on the topic, including the well-received book "The Law of Contract," now in its 5th Edition. Additionally, he authored "Contracts Act: A Commentary" in 2015 and "Sale & Purchase of Real Property in Malaysia" in 1984. He served as a Judge of the High Court of Malaya, and his rulings are still frequently referenced by Malaysia's superior courts. Furthermore, he held positions as the former Dean and Professor of Comparative Law at the University of Malaya. In 1986, he introduced the prestigious Sultan Azlan Shah Law Lectures at the university. He also worked as a Commissioner for Law Revision in Malaysia, a Senior Judicial Specialist at the World Bank in Washington DC, USA, a Consultant at the International Monetary Fund, and a Fellow at the University of Nottingham, England. Tan Sri Visu Sinnadurai currently serves as an Arbitrator for Commercial Disputes at both the Asian International Arbitration Centre and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Low Weng Tchung earned a top-tier Master of Law degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge, graduating with First Class honors.
