About the Author:

Colin Andrew Pereira holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and is qualified as a Barrister-at-Law. He is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya as well as the Supreme Court of Singapore. In addition, he possesses a Diploma in International Arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). He previously served for seven years as Chairman of the Strata Management Tribunal, where he adjudicated numerous disputes, gaining extensive practical experience in strata law and governance.
