Administration of Estates in Malaysia: Law and Procedure, 2nd Edition

The second edition of Administration of Estates in Malaysia: Law and Procedure is intended to give both Muslims and non-Muslims in Malaysia a clear explanation of the theoretical and procedural framework relevant to estate administration. The three primary administrative entities in charge of administering estates in Malaysia are the High Court, the Estate Distribution Section, and the Public Trust Corporation (Amanah Raya Berhad). The article focuses on the jurisdiction, purview, and procedure for estates administration by these three administrative entities. Sample forms are provided for rapid process references, and the procedures are graphically represented in the form of flowcharts to show how the administration process works.
